The Growth Wheel is a toolkit that is used as a part of the EEC comprehensive program, and is made available to all businesses in a workshop format. It is a tool for decision making for startup and growing companies to get focused, set agendas, make decisions, and take action. This is a hands-on, action oriented workshop series designed to help busy entrepreneurs at all stages of growth. The workshops focus on topics within the four quadrants of the Growth Wheel: Business Concept, Customer Relations, Profitable Operations, and a Strong Organization.
I use Growth Wheel as a part of the comprehensive program of the EEC. It helps me to develop a plan with my business model and structure an action. I can say that since I have been using it, I am more proactive in making decisions and and planning my moves for the business. It has given my business tremendous progress. – Panagiotis Kollas, Uniscrap, PBC (EEC International Soft Landings Incubator Member)
